Letting go of our Fears

Face yOUR Fears

Okay so here’s the thing about facing fears……

Most of us would rather not, n’est ce pas…..
We’d rather not have the fears we do in the first place, bien oui…of course, however, if we hav’em we definitely don’t wanna tak’em out dancing.

Thing IS…..when we are brought into a situation where fear is staring us straight in the face and grabbing us around the waist to take us for a spin on the dance floor of life, we have 2 choices.….

Face the Fear, Stand Tall and Dance that fear right outta town, [by transcending it into love and then finding yourself dancing with love…..] or fall limp into the abyss of fear’s engrossing grasp.

We may not like it, but facing our fears and making the CHOICE to BE LOVE IS how we let our fears go……how we transcend, heal, ascend out of the heaviness of living with our fears and into the Light of our BlissFull deLIGHT.

As much as we may rather make pretend they don’t exist, repress or ignore them, our fears will find a way to ‘get our dance card’ – show up in our lives and in all likelihood, if it is through repression or denial, when they do, it shan’t a very pretty scene make.

How we face our fears, how we make the choice to be love in a situation where we are over whelmed by fear is individuated to each person and further individuated to each specific situation.

For those seeking assistance in finding ‘your own way’ [s] and best traversing them, I am available for one-on-one journeys/sessions both locally and internationally.
